Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Staff Nurse to manage our factory medical center at our Perundurai plant. The ideal candidate will provide immediate first-aid, manage occupational health emergencies, maintain health records, and ensure general employee wellness in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Emergency Care: Administer prompt first-aid and medical treatment for workplace injuries, accidents, or sudden illnesses.
- Routine Health Checks: Conduct regular health screenings, vital sign monitoring, and manage routine check-ups for factory workers.
- Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs of clinic visits, treatments administered,



and manage the inventory of first-aid supplies and medicines.
- Occupational Safety Support: Assist the HR and Safety teams in promoting workplace safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with health regulations.
- Emergency Coordination: Manage ambulance services and coordinate external hospital transfers for critical medical cases when required.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on nursing experience (Industrial/Factory clinic experience preferred).
- Licensing: Must possess a valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
- Skills: Good communication skills in Tamil (knowledge of Hindi or English is a plus), high emotional intelligence, and calm under pressure.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
