Role Description

Launchpad Creators is hiring a
Sales Executive
for a
full-time remote (Work From Home)
role. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, conducting sales calls, presenting our services, preparing proposals, and closing deals.

You will work closely with our marketing and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and maintain long-term client relationships while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate qualified leads through cold calling and outreach.




- Conduct client discovery calls and identify business opportunities.
- Present Launchpad Creators' digital marketing and eCommerce services.
- Prepare quotations and proposals for potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Maintain client relationships and follow up with leads.
- Update CRM and track daily sales activities.
- Collaborate remotely with the internal team for project handovers.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales, business development, or client handling is preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or eCommerce is an advantage.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Laptop, stable internet connection, and a professional work workplace are required.
