Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecaller with excellent communication skills and a confident personality to communicate with our clients and potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients and potential customers.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with clients.
- Explain company services clearly.
- Understand client requirements and respond to queries.
- Follow up with clients and interested leads.
- Maintain proper call records and client information.
- Coordinate with the internal team for client requirements.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good English and Hindi communication.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Positive listening and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Prior telecalling/customer interaction experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
