What You'll Do
Source customers for LAP (Loan Against Property) and other Secured Loan products
Drive login, sanction, and disbursement targets
Manage the complete customer journey from sourcing to disbursement
Ensure KYC, documentation, and compliance adherence
Build and nurture strong customer and channel partner relationships
Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to business growth

Who We're Looking For
Experience in Secured Lending/LAP with Banking, NBFC, or HFC organizations
Solid sales acumen, sourcing capabilities, and relationship management skills
Self-driven professionals with a passion for achieving targets
