We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Demand and Logistics Executive
who responsible for supplier coordination, and inventory management for our client’s e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate order processing, maintain supplier relationships, and manage product listings and stock levels across our partner e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative & Coordination Tasks:
- Handle day-to-day administrative operations and maintain organized supplier and procurement records.
- Prepare purchase orders, track invoices, and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Coordinate between departments (warehouse, accounts, logistics, and sales) for smooth operations.
- Maintain updated databases for vendors, pricing, and order details.

2. Supplier Communication & Follow-Up:
- Regularly communicate with suppliers to confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on pending orders, replacements, and shipment tracking.
- Resolve supply chain issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.




- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with suppliers.

3. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain and update purchase, stock, and supplier performance reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on procurement and platform inventory status.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all procurement and platform transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Science or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in logistic, vendor management, supplier coordination, or inventory management.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce management tools.
- Familiar with major marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central etc.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
