Role Description
The Life Insurance Advisor is a part-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.



The advisor will meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial needs, explain Bajaj Life products, and recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions. Daily tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting needs-based consultations, preparing and presenting plan illustrations, and assisting customers throughout the application and documentation process. The role involves regular follow-ups for renewals and policy servicing, maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with branch teams and partner channels to achieve sales and service goals. The advisor is expected to uphold Bajaj Life’s customer-first approach by providing clear, compliant, and empathetic guidance at every stage of the customer journey.
