About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Executive / Executive – Sales to drive B2B sales and develop new business opportunities in the assigned market. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, relationship management, and working closely with sales leaders to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development across assigned customers and markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert potential customers into active clients.
- Manage and build solid relationships with SME and business customers.
- Execute field sales activities and customer visits across assigned locations.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable logistics solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to improve conversions and revenue.
- Work closely with sales leaders and internal teams to achieve business targets.
- Maintain regular sales updates, customer information, and pipeline tracking.




- Support the team in improving sales productivity and achieving monthly targets.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience in B2B Sales / Field Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in logistics, courier, freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Ability to develop new customers and maintain existing relationships.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned market.
