Why This Role Matters
As a Senior Associate – Performance Marketing, you'll own the execution and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns for a portfolio of D2C and eCommerce brands. You'll work closely with clients to understand business objectives, translate them into high-performing campaigns, and deliver measurable growth across key performance metrics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on campaign management and wants to build expertise in scaling performance for rapid-growing digital brands.





What You'll Own
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across multiple D2C and eCommerce brands.
- Manage campaign budgets with accountability for CAC, ROAS, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Partner with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement changes to improve outcomes.
- Analyze audience behaviour, creatives, and funnel performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with designers, content teams, and Marketing Leads to execute high-impact campaigns.
- Ensure campaign hygiene, accurate tracking, and timely execution across all managed accounts.
