We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Mohali (Phase-8), Industrial Area
Experience: 0–2 Years
Job Type: Full-Time | In office

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Connect with potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate leads and achieve monthly business development targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements.
- Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups,



and client communication.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing, and lead generation will be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal English.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
