ERP/CRM Business Analyst Implementation & Solution Delivery
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into ERP/CRM functional solutions.
- Work across MM, SD, Consumption, Production, Inventory, and Accounting processes.
- Configure system processes based on business requirements and coordinate solution development.
- Act as a bridge between business users, developers, testers, and implementation teams.
- Support the complete implementation lifecycle from requirement gathering to Go-Live.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements and prepare BRD/FRD/process flows.
- Perform As-Is / To-Be process analysis and identify process gaps.
- Configure ERP/CRM modules for MM, SD, Consumption, Production, Inventory, and Accounting.




- Define functional specifications and coordinate with developers for required custom solutions.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and UAT plans.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and support defect resolution.
- Coordinate master data preparation, migration, user training, and deployment activities.
- Support UAT, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live stabilization.
- Analyze production issues and provide functional solutions/root-cause analysis.
- Prepare user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope and timeline.
