Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Real Estate Surveyor to conduct land and property surveys, verify site measurements, assess property boundaries, and support the company in real estate development, acquisition, construction, and documentation activities.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of surveying techniques, land measurements, site inspections, and relevant surveying tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land, property, boundary, and site surveys for real estate projects.
- Carry out accurate measurements of plots, buildings, roads, structures, and other site features.
- Verify property dimensions, boundaries, levels, and site conditions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports, drawings, maps, and measurement records.
- Support preparation and verification of site plans, layout plans, and development drawings.
- Ensure survey data is accurately recorded and maintained for future reference.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in land surveying, real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
