Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Trainee Solutions Consulting role based in Noida. The trainee will support senior consultants in understanding client requirements, documenting business needs, and assisting in the design of tailored solutions across the company’s lines of business. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in client meetings, conducting basic research on services and market trends, preparing presentations and reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of proposed solutions. The role also involves learning standard consulting methods, gaining familiarity with company products and services, and contributing to process improvements under guidance from experienced team members. This position is designed for freshers and provides structured training and mentorship to develop consulting, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,



with an interest in consulting and solution design.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort working with data and documentation.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to different business domains (such as travel and organic products), and follow structured processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field; recent graduates or freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida and participate in training programs and upskilling initiatives.
