HR Operations Manager

Location: Pune (Shivaji Nagar)
Immediate Joiners or candidates with a Max notice period of 15 days
Work Mode: 5 days work from office

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations qualified with 15+ years of experience, preferably from the IT / ITES industry, to manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations for India.

Candidates from Manufacturing, Automobile, Real Estate, or predominantly non-IT industries will not be considered for this requirement.

Required Experience & Skills
- 12+ years of overall HR experience, with significant experience in HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee end-to-end HR Operations for India.
- Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee documentation, confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits, and full & final settlement coordination.
- Manage and administer employee benefits, insurance, leave policies, and other HR-related benefit programs.
- Oversee HR administration activities and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.




- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and employment regulations.
- Maintain HR policies, processes, SOPs, employee records, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, payroll partners, finance, and external vendors for seamless HR operations.
- Manage and support employee engagement initiatives, communication programs, employee relations, and grievance handling.
- Plan and coordinate Training & Development / Learning & Development initiatives based on organizational and employee needs.
- Support and implement POSH compliance, awareness programs, documentation, and related processes.

Preferred / Desirable Experience:

Exposure to US and/or UK payroll administration would be an added advantage.

Language Preference:

Candidates who can communicate in the following languages will be preferred:
- Hindi
- Marathi
- Any South Indian language
