Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Diploma freshers for one of our Tier 1 Manufacturing Company as a Technical Trainees. The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to manufacturing, assembly, testing, installation, maintenance, and airport ground-support equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the production and engineering teams in day-to-day manufacturing activities.
- Support assembly, installation, testing, and inspection of equipment and components.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Assist technicians and engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements.
- Perform basic measurements using instruments such as vernier calipers,



micrometers, and measuring tools.
- Support preventive maintenance and routine equipment checks.
- Maintain proper documentation of production, inspection, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Stores, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards at the workplace.
- Willingness to work in shifts or at customer/site locations when required.
- Learn and develop technical knowledge related to airport ground-support systems and equipment.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / HVAC fundamentals.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and hand tools.
