Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- 3-8 years of experience in Vendor Development, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in Battery Manufacturing, EV, Automotive Components, or Mechanical Manufacturing preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Development & Strategic Sourcing Engineer to support supplier development, strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and procurement activities for battery manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and onboard suppliers for battery, sheet metal, fabricated, machined, casting, electrical, and plastic components.
- Drive strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and localization initiatives.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) through supplier identification and component sourcing.
- Lead RFQ management, cost analysis, price negotiations, and cost reduction projects.




- Monitor supplier performance on Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Conduct supplier audits and ensure compliance with quality systems and customer requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
