Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop sheet metal components, solid models and sub-assemblies using Siemens NX.
- Create and maintain sheet metal parts, 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, BOMs and assembly designs.
- Demonstrate robust hands-on experience in Sheet Metal Modelling and Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
- Develop piping layouts and ensure proper integration with overall assemblies and system requirements.
- Collaborate with Group Leaders, Project Leaders and cross-functional teams for design reviews and approvals.
- Maintain accurate design documentation and support ECN/ECO processes.
- Work closely with customers to understand requirements, provide technical support and address design-related concerns.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for customer-reported issues and product improvements.
- Be flexible to work in General, First or Second shifts based on business requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.




- Hands-on experience in Siemens NX CAD Design.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Sheet Metal Design
- Part Modelling
- Assembly Design
- 2D Drafting & Drawing Creation
- BOM Management
- Good understanding of Piping Design principles and system integration.
- Working knowledge of GD&T.;
- Familiarity with ISO and ASME drafting standards.
- Good understanding of Automotive Manufacturing Processes and Engineering Practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing design requirements, tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the HVAC domain.
- Hands-on experience with Windchill PLM.
- Customer troubleshooting and technical support experience.
