Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the luxury watches showroom, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets, including identifying recent business opportunities and building relationships with clients.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering stock, and maintaining a visually appealing display to drive impulse purchases.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize product offerings, and improve overall store performance.

Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in retail sales or showroom sales within the luxury goods industry (watches & jewellery).
- Proven track record of achieving high levels of sales growth through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of luxury watch brands, products, and market trends; ability to stay up-to-date on new releases and developments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
