Role & responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain project-related records, databases, registers, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Collect data from field teams and different departments and ensure its timely compilation.
- Prepare reports, statements, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
- Maintain accurate records related to manpower, vehicles, waste collection, operations, productivity, and other project activities.
- Handle Excel-based data management, data entry, sorting, filtering, and basic data analysis.
- Prepare and maintain documentation required for Municipalities, ULBs, government departments, and project offices.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, letters, official communications, and project submissions.
- Maintain proper digital and physical filing systems for project and office records.
- Coordinate with field staff, supervisors, project managers, and management for timely collection of required information.




- Verify data received from field teams and identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Support preparation of documents related to tenders, contracts, work orders, compliance reports, and government submissions.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS and other project reports as per defined schedules.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company and project-related information.
- Perform other MIS, documentation, and computer-related tasks assigned by management.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 13 years of experience in MIS, documentation, data entry, computer operations, or a similar role.

Candidates with experience in Solid Waste Management, Infrastructure, Municipal Projects, Government Projects, or Urban Local Bodies will be preferred.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Strong knowledge of Excel functions, formatting, filtering, sorting, and report preparation.
- Good typing speed with
