Job Purpose

Manage fraud reporting, whistleblower/anonymous complaints, and responses to law enforcement agencies. Perform allied activities to ensure compliance and vigilance.

Key Responsibilities

Investigation / Probing · Reporting · Correspond

Investigate fraud, whistleblower, and vigilance cases to logical closure within defined TAT; Report as per internal policies, guidelines, and master directions; Track, monitor, and respond to correspondence from law enforcement agencies and regulators; Prepare notes and reports for management, board, and competent authorities.

Investigation / Probing

Maintain and update MIS databases and dashboards for fraud, whistleblower,



and vigilance cases; Track queries and ensure implementation of recommendations; Analyze processes for preventive vigilance and recommend improvements; Conduct training for teams on fraud trends and preventive measures.

Education:

Graduate, preferably with exposure to banking.

Certifications:

Regulatory Knowledge on Fraud, CFE (Optional), Internal Certification.

Key Competencies

Fraud investigation, regulatory knowledge, MIS management, communication skills, process analysis.
