Job Description:

1. Audit Execution
- Conduct comprehensive quality audits and process checks across delivery teams.
- Track and report deviations with supporting evidence.

2. Quality Metrics & Reporting
- Calculate key QC metrics (accuracy, timeliness, effectiveness) per quality SOPs to evaluate performance.
- Prepare concise, actionable reports and share insights with stakeholders.

3. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to process SOPs and organizational guidelines.
- Maintain detailed audit logs and evidence repositories for traceability and readiness.

4. Analytical & Critical Thinking
- Identify recurring issues, process gaps,



and root causes via evidence gathering and trend analysis.
- Recommend targeted corrective and preventive actions.

5. Communication & Collaboration
- Deliver constructive feedback to delivery teams clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on evaluation criteria and improvement plans.
Competencies / Skills:

1. Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role in service/delivery environment

(preferred).

2. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and patterns.

3. Transparent, directive communication focused on actionable outcomes.

4. Detail orientated, impartial, and accountable approach.

5. High Accuracy in audits, reports and documentation.

6. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

9. ISO 9001/QMS awareness or certification is a plus.
