Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in the transportation/logistics industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, generating leads, and coordinating transportation requirements with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new clients/business opportunities in the transportation and logistics sector.
- Handle key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify potential customers and generate regular business leads.
- Understand client transportation requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation), rate enquiries, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with operations and traffic teams for vehicle placement and transportation requirements.
- Understand vehicle dimensions, capacity, and transportation feasibility.
- Handle ODC (Over-Dimensional Cargo) enquiries and coordinate for suitable vehicles and transportation solutions.




- Coordinate with clients for shipment requirements, rates, schedules, and service updates.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor rates, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Maintain client data, sales reports, enquiry records, and follow-up status.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings for business development.
- Develop business from local industries, manufacturers, exporters/importers, freight forwarders, and corporate clients.
