Role & responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for AD Interio's Commercial and Hospitality Architecture & Interior Design services.
- Handle enquiries from hotel, resort, restaurant, caf, office, retail, and other commercial clients.
- Communicate with potential clients professionally through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements, project scope, location, budget, and timeline.
- Schedule client meetings with the Architecture and Design team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Present AD Interio's services, portfolio, experience, and capabilities to potential clients.
- Coordinate with architects and designers to ensure smooth communication during the sales process.
- Maintain lead records and regularly update the sales pipeline.
- Work towards monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential commercial and hospitality projects.
- Attend client meetings and site visits whenever required.





Preferred candidate profile
- Female candidate with excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, Hospitality, Construction, or Luxury Services will be preferred.
- Confident personality with solid presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with high-value clients, business owners, hotel owners, resort owners, and decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to convert leads into meetings and business opportunities.
- Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp communication, email communication, and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and lead management is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.
