Role & responsibilities

1.Production Planning and Execution 1-Prepare the production plan with shift wise in coordination with PPC and ensure time execution.
2- Sechduing the plan for men , material , machine with respect to opetration / marketing demand.
3 Ensure given the production matrix is met.
4- optimum Utilization of men , machine, material by reducing down time and breakdowns. 2. Wastage Control 1.Ensure, rejection should not be above than the given limits per machine and continuously working on wastage / rejection control.
2-Work on continuous improvement to achieve zero rejection and minimum allowed wastage.

3.Quality assurance and Continuous improvement 1. Regulary working on process aligment by sugguesting improvmenet ideas through
1- OEE Process.

3. Skill Matrix
4. Skill upgrading test

4. Safety 1- Ensure all safety perameters with respect to men , machine , matrial are met.
2- To represent production in all audits relared to EHS by ensuring 100% Compliances.
