Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and manage WebLogic domains, servers, and clusters
- Deploy, redeploy, and troubleshoot applications (EAR/WAR/JAR)
- Manage WebLogic Admin Server and Managed Servers
- Configure JDBC, JMS, Data Sources, and Connection Pools
- Monitor system health using tools (OEM, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.)
- Perform performance tuning (JVM tuning, thread dumps, heap analysis)
- Analyze logs (server logs, GC logs) for troubleshooting
- Use scripts (Shell/Python/WLST) for automation
- Support deployment pipelines (CI/CD tools like Jenkins)
- Work on Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments
- Support patching, upgrades, and migrations
- Manage WebLogic security (users, groups, roles)
