Job Overview

We are looking for dedicated Junior Civil Engineers and Senior Civil Engineers to oversee critical on-site construction operations and specialized finishing works for projects in Nagpur. We are hiring across two experience levels to lead structural execution and quality management.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities and critical structural phases.
- Take end-to-end charge of all interior and exterior finishing works to meet stringent quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams,



and project managers to ensure protected and timely execution.
- Monitor material usage, inspect quality on-site, and report project progress accurately.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Junior Civil Engineer:
- *Experience:* 6 to 8 years of professional site execution experience.
- *Salary Range:* INR 25,000 to INR 50,000 per month.
- Senior Civil Engineer:
- *Experience:* 10 to 20 years of hands-on civil engineering experience handling large-scale projects.
- *Salary Range:* INR 50,000 to INR 70,000 per month.
- Core Skills: Strong command over site management, structural execution, and high-quality finishing works.
- Location: Based in or ready to work in Nagpur.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
