Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities, networking, and referrals to generate leads for home loans and mortgages.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business, cross-sell products, and resolve customer queries.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets by consistently meeting sales quotas while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with a focus on home loan sales or mortgage sales.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., real estate agents).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts simply to non-technical clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced workplace.
