Role: ServiceNow Developer & Tech Lead

Job Description:

Required Technical Skill Set:

Solid experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with expertise in configuring and customizing core modules such as ITSM, Service Catalog, and CMDB. Proficient in JavaScript-based scripting, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.

Hands-on experience in Flow Designer, Workflow automation, and Integration Hub, enabling efficient process automation. Skilled in REST and SOAP integrations, as well as working with MID Server for external system connectivity.

In-depth knowledge of data management (Import Sets, Transform Maps), access controls (ACLs, roles), and platform security best practices. Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and SLA configurations to support operational insights.

Familiar with Service Portal development (HTML, CSS, AngularJS) and modern UI enhancements. Understanding of ITIL processes, Agile methodologies, and ServiceNow best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions.

- ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, CSM modules
- Understanding of ServiceNow data model (tables, relationships, CMDB)

- Advanced scripting:
- JavaScript (server-side & client-side)
- Expertise in:

- Knowledge of Scoped Applications & App Engine

3. Integration & API Skills
- Designing and implementing:
- REST/SOAP APIs
