· Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and plant capacity.

· Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials, components, and tools, minimizing shortages or overstocking.

· Process & Resource Optimization: Analyze plant capacity, plan machine loading and manpower allocation, identify production bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions and lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

· Monitoring & Control: Track daily production progress against targets, ensure adherence to quality standards,



and proactively adjust schedules to address delays or unforeseen circumstances.

· Quality & Compliance Coordination: Liaise closely with the Quality Assurance (QA/QC) department for inspection planning, line clearance, and documentation to ensure all products comply with medical device regulations .

· Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, material usage, and delays, generating regular performance reports for senior management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
