Are you a driven, research-minded individual looking to build a career in B2B marketing and sales? Join our team as a Marketing Intern focused on lead generation for our Staff Augmentation services. In this role, you will identify companies that need skilled technology talent, build and qualify a pipeline of prospects, and support our sales team in converting those leads into engagements.

Role Overview

The Marketing Intern will own the top of the sales funnel for Staff Augmentation. You will research target markets, build prospect lists, run outreach across email and LinkedIn, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and hand warm, well-documented opportunities to the sales team. This is a hands-on demand-generation role, not a brand or content role. Success is measured in qualified leads and meetings booked.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research target industries and companies (startups, SMEs, and enterprises) that are likely to need augmented technology staff, and build prioritised prospect lists.

2. Identify decision-makers such as CTOs, engineering managers, founders,



and HR/talent leads, and gather accurate contact information.

3. Run outbound lead-generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels, personalising outreach to each prospect's context.

4. Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria (need, budget, timeline, tech stack) and log them accurately in the CRM.

5. Book discovery calls and meetings for the sales team, and hand over complete lead context so no information is lost.

6. Track and report weekly on pipeline metrics, including leads generated, responses, meetings booked, and conversion rates.

7. Monitor the staff-augmentation and IT-services market, including competitor activity and demand trends, to sharpen targeting.

8. Support the creation of straightforward outreach assets and messaging that position Zcodia's talent and delivery strengths.
