Job Description for Packaging (Food Delivery)

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and managing the packaging product portfolio for food delivery customers. The role focuses on product selection, supplier management, pricing, category growth, quality, innovation, and profitability while ensuring packaging solutions meet food safety, sustainability, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies for food delivery packaging products.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from sourcing to launch.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings.
- Identify and onboard current suppliers and negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, marketing, operations, and logistics teams.
- Drive new product development and sustainable packaging initiatives.
- Forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Monitor category performance through KPIs such as sales, margin,



inventory turnover, and fill rate.
- Resolve supplier and customer quality issues.
- Prepare category performance reports and business reviews

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any.
- 6-10 years of experience in category management, product management, procurement, or packaging with supply chain.
- 6-10 experience in food packaging or the FMCG industry is an advantage.
