CTC - 2.7 - 4.5 LPA ( Depends on Interview & Experience)

Role - Lamination Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities
- Operate solvent-based and solventless lamination machines.
- Set machine parameters such as speed, temperature, tension, pressure and coating.
- Handle film rolls, raw materials and carry out job changeovers.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining product quality.
- Conduct basic quality checks and identify lamination defects.
- Troubleshoot common issues such as bubbles, wrinkles, silvering, poor adhesion and curling.
- Maintain machine cleanliness, 5S and safety standards.
- Maintain production records, machine parameters, wastage and shift handover details.
- Support preventive maintenance and coordinate with Maintenance, Quality and Production teams.
- Follow company SOPs, safety procedures and packaging quality standards.

Preferred Candidate
- 3-8 years of experience in versatile packaging, lamination or relevant manufacturing/converting industry.




- Hands-on experience with lamination machines will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in a manufacturing/packaging environment are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates looking for long-term career commitment with the organization will be preferred.
- Willingness to work and grow in the packaging industry.
- Good teamwork, problem-solving and learning attitude.
