Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for generating new business, identifying potential clients, promoting recruitment and HR solutions, and building long-term client relationships.

The candidate should have strong communication, sales, lead-generation, and negotiation skills, with a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, references, and networking.
- Identify potential corporate clients requiring recruitment and manpower solutions.
- Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Business Heads, and decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and present suitable recruitment solutions.
- Schedule client meetings and business presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.




- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Negotiate commercials and close recruitment mandates.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and develop repeat business.
- Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline and CRM.
- Track competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, meetings, conversions, and revenue.
