Pre-Primary & Primary Teacher – Job Description

Position: Pre-Primary / Primary Teacher

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for pre-primary and primary students.
- Create a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
- Use creative teaching methods, activities, stories, games, and learning materials.
- Monitor students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Assess student progress and maintain appropriate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and development.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behavior and values.
- Participate in school events, activities, meetings, and training programs.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff.

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
- D.El.Ed / D.Ed / B.Ed will be preferred,



depending on the grade level and applicable requirements.
- Candidates with Montessori/NTT/ECCE qualifications may be preferred for Pre-Primary positions.

Experience:
- 1–3 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary or primary school is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in teaching may also be considered.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a child-friendly approach.
- Ability to use activity-based and interactive teaching methods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
- Good English communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
