- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for shop staff (bakers, cashiers, servers, kitchen staff)
- Develop and enforce HR policies, employee handbooks, and workplace standards
- Oversee scheduling, attendance, and labor cost management in coordination with shop supervisors
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, food service regulations, and health & safety standards
- Coordinate payroll processing with finance/accounting
- Support training programs for customer service, food handling, and safety protocols
- Monitor day-to-day store operations, inventory coordination, and vendor relationships as needed
- Track HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, hiring costs) and report to ownership/leadership
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
