Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month + Performance Incentives

About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing B2C Sales Closer who can independently convert inbound and warm leads into paying customers.
This is NOT a telecalling position and NOT a team-management position.
We are specifically looking for someone who is strong at:
- Consultative selling
- Understanding customer needs
- Handling difficult objections
- Building trust
- Price/value justification
- Follow-ups
- Negotiation
- Asking for the sale
- Closing
You will primarily speak with customers who have already shown interest in our healthcare and wellness programs.
Your responsibility is to understand their requirements, identify the real reason behind their hesitation, communicate the value of the appropriate program and personally close the sale.
Key Responsibilities

Handle Inbound & Warm Leads
- Speak with customers who have enquired through digital marketing, website, social media and other lead-generation channels.
- Understand the customer's requirements before recommending a solution.
- Conduct professional consultative sales conversations instead of simply reading from a script.
2. Handle Sales Objections
You should be comfortable handling objections such as:
- "It's too expensive."
- "I need to think about it."
- "I need to discuss it with my husband/wife/family."
- "Another company is offering it cheaper."
- "How do I know this will work?"
- "Send me the details on WhatsApp."
- "I'll contact you later."
- "I'm comparing different options."
- "I don't want to decide right now."
We are looking for someone who can identify the real objection behind what the customer says, rather than simply giving memorized answers.
