Job Description:
- Negotiated pricing and finalized vendor terms
- Processed and approved Purchase Orders (POs)
- Followed up on deliveries and material status
- Performed cost analysis and contributed to savings
- Evaluated vendor performance and negotiated terms
- Ensured procurement compliance with standards
- Coordinated logistics and prepared reports
- Managing Indirect Procurement (Admin, IT, Facility, MRO, Stationery, Services)
- Handling PR/PO processing, approvals, and workflow monitoring
- Vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, and cost benchmarking
- Managing AMC / service contracts
- Coordinating with stores for material and inventory needs
- Conducting market research and developing alternate suppliers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
