Role Description
The Tendering Manager at HPIPL will lead and coordinate the end-to-end tender process for parking infrastructure projects,



ensuring timely and compliant submission of bids. This contract role is based in Delhi, India with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of in office presence and work-from-home. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying tender opportunities, reviewing tender documents, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and collaborating with sales, engineering, and finance teams to develop competitive bids. The Tendering Manager will manage procurement-related documentation, maintain tender databases, track bid status, and support negotiations with clients and vendors. The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining strong relationships with government and private stakeholders, and contributing to project handover and coordination with project management teams after tender award.
