Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and hands-on
Associate – Digital and Social Media Marketing
who is passionate about digital marketing, social media, and performance campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube,



and other digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI, lead generation, app installs, and conversions.
- Create and manage social media calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and video editors to create compelling content including reels, videos, graphics, blogs, and promotional creatives.
- Write engaging captions, ad copies, blogs, emailers, and website content.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports using analytics tools.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, keyword research, and remarketing.
- Support influencer collaborations, community engagement, and brand partnerships.
- Work closely with category teams to promote workshops, events, podcasts, and community initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trend
