Job Description

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to handle sales and distribution of FMCG and food products. The candidate will be responsible for regularly visiting retailers and other customers, taking orders, developing new customers, increasing sales and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers, shops, supermarkets and other customers regularly.
- Take weekly orders from existing customers.
- Develop new customers and expand the customer base.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Increase sales by introducing products to existing and new customers.
- Maintain robust relationships with retailers and customers.
- Follow up on orders, payments and customer requirements.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
- Carry out marketing, promotional and merchandising activities as instructed by management.
- Support product launches, promotions,



schemes, displays and other sales activities.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility at customer outlets.
- Maintain daily records of visits, orders, sales and new customer additions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to increase sales and grow the business.
- Coordinate with the distribution/godown team for timely supply and delivery.
- Complete sales and marketing goals assigned by management.
- Perform other sales-related responsibilities as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in FMCG, food, distribution or field sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with regular field work and customer visits.
- Ability to build and maintain strong retailer relationships.
- Target-oriented, hardworking and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge for communication
