Job Description – Advocate (Real Estate)

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Advocate with a strong background in the Real Estate industry to handle legal matters related to property, land, documentation, transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land and property title searches and verify ownership records.
- Handle legal due diligence for land and real estate projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, MoUs, and other legal documents.
- Conduct verification of property documents, title deeds, registry records, and related documentation.
- Handle property-related legal disputes, notices, and litigation matters.
- Coordinate with government authorities, registrars, courts, and other legal professionals when required.
- Provide legal opinions on real estate transactions and property-related matters.




- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws, RERA regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain and organize legal records, agreements, and case-related documentation.
- Support the management in resolving legal and documentation-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Valid Bar Council enrollment.
- Relevant experience in real estate/property law.
- Strong knowledge of land laws, property documentation, RERA, and registration procedures.
- Experience in land search, title verification, and legal due diligence.
- Solid drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage legal matters and coordinate with external stakeholders.
- Prior experience with a real estate developer/company will be preferred.
