Job Description:

The Account Assistant (E-commerce & B2B Sales) is responsible for managing daily accounting activities related to online sales across various e-commerce marketplaces and payment gateways. The role ensures accurate recording of transactions, reconciliation of payments, monitoring deductions, and maintaining financial records. And answerable to Accounts Manager, HOD Finance & Accounts as well Management.

Subjective Key Responsibilities:

01) To Record and reconcile daily Sales Transactions from e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Vendor Central(Retailez), Website Orders & B2B Customers etc in Tally Prime Accounting Software.

02) To Record & raise Sales Invoice, E-Invoice, Ewaybills, Credit Notes, Stock JVs Etc in Tal
