We are seeking a motivated and experienced MES / IoT Engineer to join our team. As an MES / IoT Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, development and validation of systems to optimize processes and improve efficiency with system sustenance and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support MES/IoT solutions for manufacturing operations.
- Integrate MES/IoT systems with ERP, SCADA, and other enterprise applications.
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, quality, yield, and cycle time.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management for MES/IoT & IT systems.
- Ensure compliance with information security standards and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers and lead MES/IoT projects and teams.
- Train end users and maintain system documentation.





Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Hands-on experience with MES platforms such as Apriso, Opcenter, Rockwell, or similar solutions.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems (PFMEA, Control Plan, PFD), SQL, and databases.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (OPC, MQTT).
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISA-95, cybersecurity, and information security practices.
- Solid project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Industry Preference: Automotive, Electronics, Pharmaceuticals, or other Manufacturing industries.
