Role Overview
NTT DATA is seeking a energetic and experienced ServiceNow - Enterprise / Platform Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities. This role involves hands-on configuration and development across all major ServiceNow modules, while also contributing to pre-sales efforts including proposal development and crafting Statements of Work (SOWs). The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize their ServiceNow investments through strategic roadmaps, platform governance, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities Advisory Strategic Consulting
- Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process and platform strategies.
- Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical priorities.
- Conduct business value assessments and recommend adoption strategies across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (any one).
- Design and implement governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks.
- Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive consensus on solution design and implementation plans.
- Apply deep business process knowledge to map client needs to ServiceNow capabilities and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Technical Implementation Platform Expertise
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery and more.
- Perform health scans, technical debt analysis, and platform scalability assessments.
- Manage integrations with third-party tools.
- Ensure platform conformance to best practices and licensing strategies.
Proposal SOW Development
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to draft compelling proposals and SOWs for ServiceNow engagements.
