Key Responsibilities
- Visit prospective customers at their homes and conduct professional property/project presentations.
- Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and key advantages clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and answer their questions confidently.
- Create a positive impression through excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Follow up with customers after the presentation and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team and arrange property site visits when required.
- Maintain customer details, presentation records, and follow-up status.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant information with the sales and management team.
- Support the sales team in converting interested customers into site visits and bookings.

Requirements
- Excellent presentation, communication,



and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers at their homes.
- Good ability to explain information in a simple and convincing manner.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship, Field Sales, or Real Estate preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills can apply.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai for customer visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
