Job Description – IT Hardware & Network Executive

*Position:* IT Hardware & Network Executive

*Location:* Mumbai

*Salary:* ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

*Experience:* 1–3 Years

Job Responsibilities :

* Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain computers, laptops, printers and other IT hardware.

* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

* Manage office LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and basic network infrastructure.

* Configure and troubleshoot Windows systems, drivers, applications and peripherals.

* Handle system formatting, OS installation, software installation and updates.

* Maintain IT assets, inventory and records.

* Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT issues.

* Troubleshoot internet, connectivity, printer and network-related problems.

* Support CCTV, biometric systems and other office IT equipment, if required.

* Coordinate with vendors for hardware,



networking and maintenance requirements.

* Ensure proper security, backup and maintenance of company systems.

Required Skills :

* Valuable knowledge of **computer hardware and networking**.

* Knowledge of **LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers and switches**.

* Hands-on experience with Windows installation and troubleshooting.

* Basic knowledge of network security and troubleshooting tools.

* Good problem-solving and communication skills.

* Ability to handle multiple technical issues independently.

Qualification :

**Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking or a related field.**

Relevant certifications such as **CCNA, CompTIA A+ or Network+** will be an advantage.

*Immediate joiners preferred.*

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
