We are looking for a Marketing Executive to handle sales and marketing of concrete products (pathway tiles, parking tiles, roadway tiles, etc.). The candidate will work in the field to connect with potential clients — such as builders, contractors, architects, municipal corporations, and housing societies — wherever pathway, parking, or roadway construction is ongoing or planned.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify recent clients who require pathway/parking/roadway tiles.

Build relationships with construction sites, builders, contractors, and architects.

Provide product demos and samples, and prepare quotations.

Follow up with existing clients and secure repeat orders.

Stay updated on competitors and market pricing.

Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Achieve assigned sales targets.





Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

1-3 years of sales/marketing experience (experience in construction or building materials industry is a plus)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Own vehicle required (for field work)

Familiarity with the local area (builders, contractors, sites)

Salary & Incentive:

Fixed Salary: ₹[Amount] per month

Incentive: Based on sales performance — the higher the sales, the higher the incentive

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
