Info Katta is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, documentation, and employee coordination.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, positive organizational ability, and practical experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection coordination.
- Manage recruitment through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring channels.
- Coordinate employee joining, onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and working hours.
- Prepare HR letters, joining documents, and other employee-related documentation.
- Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Coordinate with management regarding recruitment requirements and manpower planning.
- Assist with payroll processing by providing attendance and leave information.




- Support employee performance reviews and disciplinary processes.
- Help implement company HR policies and procedures.
- Organize employee engagement and team activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with applicable Indian employment requirements.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong recruitment and candidate-screening skills.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and HR responsibilities simultaneously.
- Professional, approachable, and problem-solving attitude.
