Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying companies with active hiring requirements.
- Develop leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, references, networking, and market research.
- Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, Business Heads, and CXOs to understand their recruitment needs.
- Pitch recruitment and staffing solutions including Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing, Executive Search, RPO, and Bulk Hiring.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and hiring mandates.
- Schedule client meetings and presentations to understand requirements and showcase recruitment capabilities.
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate recruitment fees, contracts, payment terms, and service agreements.
- Convert prospects into active clients and generate regular job mandates.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are effectively delivered.




- Follow up on open mandates, candidate closures, invoices, and collections where required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, mandates, closures, revenue, and conversion ratios.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
