Operational Risk Identification & Assessment
- Conduct detailed investigations into complaints received from internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute branch, field, and special investigations as per approved schedules and management of directives.
- Gather evidence, validate facts, conduct interviews, and analyze records to establish findings.
- Ensure that all investigations are conducted objectively, confidentially, and in accordance with organizational guidelines.

Fraud Risk Assessment & Prevention
- Investigate suspected frauds, process deviations, misconduct, and policy violations.
- Identify the root causes of fraud incidents and operational lapses.
- Recommend preventive, corrective, and control enhancement measures to minimize recurrence.
- Assist business and support functions in strengthening fraud prevention mechanisms.

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare clear, accurate, and comprehensive investigation reports with supporting evidence.
- Maintain investigation trackers, complaint trackers, and case management records as per prescribed formats.




- Ensure investigation observations, documents, photographs, statements, and supporting evidence are properly archived for future reference.
- Submit investigation findings within approved turnaround timelines.

Compliance & Governance
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and statutory compliance applicable to the financial services industry.
- Ensure investigations are conducted in line with approved Risk Management and Fraud Risk Management (FRM) policies.
- Monitor adherence to investigation protocols and escalation frameworks.
- Highlight responsible control gaps, process breaches, and policy violations to management.
