Job Purpose:

The Marketing Head is Revolt Motors' most senior marketing leader, responsible for building the Revolt brand, driving customer acquisition, and owning the full customer lifecycle from awareness to advocacy. The CMO will lead a multi-functional team covering Brand & Communication, Performance Marketing & Digital, BTL & Experiential, and CRM, and will be the primary architect of how Revolt shows up to consumers, dealerships, and the broader EV ecosystem in India. The ideal candidate combines solid brand instincts with a performance-first mindset — equally comfortable crafting a brand campaign and dissecting data.

Job Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Annual Planning
- Own the annual marketing strategy — define brand positioning, campaign priorities, channel mix, and budget allocation across Brand, Digital, BTL, and CRM.
- Build and present quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps to the leadership team and drive its execution.
- Brand Building & Communication
- Set the strategic direction for the Revolt brand — positioning, voice, visual identity,



and storytelling across all consumer touchpoints.
- Oversee the Head of Brand Management in executing brand campaigns, social media strategy, influencer partnerships, PR, and community building.
- Performance Marketing & Digital
- Provide strategic oversight on all paid and organic digital channels — Meta, Google, YouTube, OTT, programmatic, SEO, and hyperlocal campaigns.
- Work with the Head of Media Deployment & Digital Marketing to drive efficient customer acquisition, improve CPL and CAC, and scale lead volume.

- Champion on-ground brand presence through test ride events, dealership activations, college drives, city ride events, and mall displays.
- Provide strategic direction to the BTL Manager on city-level activation plans, event priorities, and dealer engagement programmes.
